WP8: Overall co-ordination, management and administration
The most important role of this WP is establishing an adequate interaction and communication
strategies between the project co-ordinator, the different partners and the European Commission
during the research project concerning administrative and financial matters.
Work package leader: Inter-University Research Centre on Technology, Work and Culture,
Objectives:
- to deliver and follow up the consortium agreement collectively agreed upon.
- to ensure an excellent management of the overall legal, contractual, financial and administrative issues of the project and the consortium.
- to come to the fore as the Board Management of the research and to represent the consortium at various occasions.
- to ensure consortium meetings.
